Participants will focus on increasing flexibility, balance, circulation, and muscle tone while learning to relax through breathing techniques. Easy-to-follow moves can be modified for every level of fitness. Stretch and strengthen your body and mind with therapeutic movements and sequences to help improve balance and coordination. Bring yoga blocks and a mat.
This class will be held outdoors on the Malibu Bluffs Park, Multipurpose Field. Please wear sunscreen, a hat, and bring water. Instructed by Marsha Cooper.
