Calendar

This class provides an inclusive and energetic environment for individuals ages 11-14 to learn the fundamental skills of volleyball, including serving, passing, setting, and hitting, through a combination of drills and gameplay. Building teamwork, communication, and coordination, while instilling a passion for the sport and setting a solid foundation for the future. No volleyball experience is required. Kneepads will be provided. Instructed by Train Goat Gainz.
