As part of the City’s ongoing efforts to assist property owners whose homes were damaged or destroyed by the Woolsey Fire, the City has hired a consultant to serve as a Rebuild Coordinator to provide building plan check coordination service to applicants.
The Rebuild Coordinator is available to meet in person at City Hall to assist property owners and their representatives with securing approvals of building plans from all City Departments and outside agencies after projects have been approved by the Planning Department.
The Rebuild Coordinator will also assist in completing all construction permit applications upon approval of an applicant’s building plans. The Rebuild Coordinator is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM to meet with applicants and to make appointments for them to meet one-on-one with City Department specialists.
