Elder Law Attorney speaks at the Malibu Senior Center on September 8

(Malibu, CA) The Malibu Senior Center will host a free talk entitled How to Maintain Control and Avoid Court on Monday, September 8, 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

Presented by Rebecca Goldfarb, an Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney, the lecture will explain what individuals can do before they lose mental capacity to be sure their wishes will be known and honored by those with legal authority to care for them. Participants are encouraged to bring questions about estate planning or elder law to join in the discussion.

The event is free and will be held at the Malibu Senior Center in Malibu City Hall (23825 Stuart Ranch Road).
