Radical Performance Artist David Garibaldi to Create Four Paintings Live Onstage at Next Malibu Library Speaker Series
(Malibu, CA) – The 2015 season of the Malibu Library Speaker Series continues with an amazing live painting performance by L.A. - based artist David Garibaldi on Wednesday, April 22, 7:00 PM at Malibu City Hall's Civic Theater.
Garibaldi combines the raw energy of street dancing and graffiti as he paints four gorgeous portraits of rock stars, historic figures and other icons before the audience on stage. He also delivers an inspiring message about his journey, going from a high school dropout to a world-famous artist who has opened for Blue Man Group, Snoop Dogg, was a finalist on America's Got Talent, and regularly does live paintings during halftime at NBA games.
