Verse About Town

In 2021, the Malibu Poet Laureate Committee, began the program, Verse About Town. Poems from local artists are on display at City parks, facilities, and the library, and changed monthly. 

Local artists interested in having their work featured in the program, may submit an online application. Verse About Town Poetry Call to Artists

Poetry is on display at Malibu Bluffs Park, Legacy Park, Trancas Canyon Park and the Malibu Library each month. If a local business is interested in featuring poetry, please contact Kristin Riesgo, Community Services Deputy Director.
