Caltrans re-opened Topanga Cyn in both directions following earlier closure from PCH to Grand View

Caltrans has re-opened Topanga Canyon in both directions following a closure from PCH to Grand View for cleanup of rock/mudslides. A lane closure on Topanga Canyon is planned Tuesday, Feb. 19, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM for assessment.
