Broken gas line leaking gas at 29000 block of Bluewater Rd (at Dume Dr), Malibu. Bluewater Rd closed 300 yards east & west of the location. Avoid area

There is a broken gas line leaking natural gas in the 29000 block of Bluewater Road (at Dume Drive) in the Point Dume area of Malibu. Bluewater Road is closed to traffic approximately 300 yards east and 300 yards west of the location until repairs can be made. There is a strong smell of gas in the area. Sheriff's Deputies are on scene investigating. SoCalGas is en route. Please avoid the area.
