City of Malibu Statement on City Manager Recruitment
Following the City Council’s closed session on August 25, Interim City Attorney Trevor Rusin announced that Ronda Perez has formally withdrawn from consideration for the City Manager position. The City of Malibu thanks Ms. Perez for her interest and wishes her continued success in her future endeavors. The City Council will move forward with evaluating other candidates for the role of City Manager. Ambassador Candace Bond (Ret.) will continue in her role as Interim City Manager.
