Los Angeles County has been an instrumental partner in supporting local businesses since the fire. The LA County Department of Economic Opportunity is launching the Shop Local LA County Gift Card Program to encourage residents (and any shoppers) to support fire-impacted small businesses across the region. Shoppers (residents as well as visitors) can purchase gift cards that offer discounts at participating businesses of 50% of the amount of the original Gift Card purchased.

✔ Businesses impacted by the Eaton or Palisades fires may be eligible.
✔ Fewer than 100 employees.
✔ Brick-and-mortar food, retail, or service business.

Step 2. Redeem at Checkout: At any participating business, provide your 16-digit card code to the cashier. The merchant processes the virtual MasterCard via tap-to-pay or manual entry. Simple!
Step 3. Shop Local: Use your card at any participating LA County business—restaurants, retailers, shops, and entertainment. If your purchase is less than the card balance, the remaining value stays on your card for future visits!
