[ARCHIVED] Malibu Planning Commission Meeting on Short Term Rentals July 29, 6:30 PM

The City of Malibu Planning Commission will hold a special virtual meeting on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 6:30 PM to consider a Local Coastal Program Amendment (LCPA) and Zoning Text Amendment to regulate of short-term rentals in Malibu that closely follows the home-sharing ordinance implemented by the City of Santa Monica. The special meeting for this item was originally scheduled for March 30 and was cancelled due to the pandemic.

The City Council will consider an interim ordinance in August to regulate short-term rentals until the LCPA is certified by the California Coastal Commission.
