Free Catalytic Converter Theft Prevention Event - Monday, March 15, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Theft of vehicle catalytic converters is on the rise, leaving motorists stranded and their cars disabled with an expensive repair. The Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station and Calabasas Car Care - Tire Pros are partnering on a free Catalytic Converter Theft Prevention event for residents on Monday, March 15, 8AM - 3PM. Location: 4929 Las Virgenes Road, Calabasas (click for a map). Specialists from Tire Pros will etch the vehicle license plate number on the converter to help Deputies identify stolen and recovered converters and get them back to the vehicle owner.
