📣 Caltrans: PCH & Topanga Canyon Blvd Closures, Feb. 2–8
🚦 Pacific Coast Highway (PCH / SR-1)
📍 Temescal Cyn Rd ➡️ Carbon Beach Ter (Malibu)
• Temescal Cyn Rd–Sunset Blvd: 35 mph, cones & signage
• Sunset Blvd–Carbon Beach Ter: Active work zone, subject to single-lane closures, 25 mph
• Weekday lane closures possible 9 AM–3 PM anywhere along PCH
🦺 Planned work areas may include:
• Trancas Cyn Rd–Guernsey Ave & Corral Cyn Bridge: Possible night closures
• S of Las Flores Cyn–Sunset Blvd: Fire, drainage & slope repairs (9 PM–6 AM weekdays)
• S of Big Rock Dr: Catchment wall work — NB reduced to 1 lane, 9 AM–3 PM weekdays
• Las Flores Cyn–Topanga Cyn Blvd (SCE trenching):
– NB & SB lane closures at various times (day, night & weekends)
• S of Topanga Cyn Blvd: Slope & culvert work — NB closed 6 AM–3 PM weekdays
• Getty Villa area (Coastline Dr–Porto Marina Way): NB closed 9 AM–3 PM weekdays
🚧 Topanga Canyon Blvd (SR-27)
📍 PCH ➡️ Grand View Dr
• Closed to the public midnight–5 AM daily
• One-way traffic w/ pilot car for emergency work & SCE trenching during daytime/evening hours
• Drive cautiously — blind curves and delays expected
⚠️ Closures are weather-permitting and subject to change
🕘Expect delays — use alternate routes if possible
