The City of Malibu invites its residents and visitors to consider visiting one of the City's many parks as part of their holiday celebrations. The schedule below lists Memorial Day weekend holiday hours for City-operated facilities:
Charmlee Wilderness Park: Open and staffed Monday, May 26, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Malibu Senior Center: Closed Monday, May 26
Malibu Community Pool: Open Monday, May 26, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Malibu Bluffs Park: The park is open 8:00 AM to dusk. The Michael Landon Center will be open and staffed on Monday, May 26, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and some programs will take place. Bluffs Park will be patrolled by a security guard on Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 PM 12:00 AM (midnight) to ensure patron safety and adherence to park rules over the long holiday weekend.
Trancas Canyon Park: Park is open 8:00 AM to dusk.
Malibu Schools: SMMUSD school fields and restroom facilities in Malibu will not be open on Monday, May 26. School campuses are closed on the holiday.
