Therapeutic Yoga
Group class offered by the Malibu Senior Center
(Malibu, CA) The Malibu Senior Center offers an ongoing Therapeutic Yoga class each Thursday from 9:00 - 10:00 AM. The class features a traditional yoga practice that is adapted and has therapeutic benefits, increasing well-being, especially for injury recovery, chronic conditions, and challenges of aging.
This weekly class is held in the Malibu Senior Center at City Hall (23825 Stuart Ranch Road). The price is $10 per class.
