Traffic Signal Maintenance

The City owns and operates three traffic signals within the City limits.  The intersections where these traffic signals are located are  along Civic Center Way at the intersection of Malibu Canyon/Seaver Drive, Winter Canyon Road, and Webb Way/Stuart Ranch Road. At times, traffic signal indicator lights (red, yellow, and green) may burn out and need replacement, including illuminated street name signs. The purpose of a traffic signal is to assign right-of-way to opposing movements of traffic at an intersection.

As a reminder when approaching a traffic signal that is flashing red or a signal that is not working at all, motorists should treat the intersection as an all-way stop.

For evening/weekend emergencies please contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Lost Hills Office at 818-878-1808.

NOTE: All traffic signal intersections and signalized crosswalks along Pacific Coast Highway (State Route 1) within City limits are owned and operated by Caltrans (CA Department of Transportation).

To report any issues, please contact Caltrans 24/7 Dispatch at 213-259-2352, or submit an online customer service request at https://csr.dot.ca.gov/
