Both lanes of Topanga Cyn now open from Grand View Dr to PCH 5AM - 8PM daily. Nightly lane closures continue for Palisades Fire repair work.
Both lanes of Topanga Canyon Blvd are now open for daytime travel 5AM to 8PM, months earlier than expected, following damage from the 2025 Palisades Fire and winter storms.
Overnight fire recovery work continues. One-lane traffic control with a pilot car is in place from 8PM to midnight, followed by a full closure midnight to 5AM. There will still be intermittent lane closures for utility work. Additional work to strengthen the roadway against future storms and fires will continue, with full project completion expected in summer 2026.
Drive cautiously, watch for workers and work vehicles.
