Responsibilities
The City Treasurer/Auditor is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the City Council. The City Treasurer/Auditor is responsible to the electorate for the custody of City funds and their disbursement upon order of the City Council, internal audits, and investment of temporarily idle funds.
