Members of the community can join workouts to prepare for fitness events, triathlons, or for general conditioning.
Dive into aqua aerobics to build cardiovascular fitness and strength. Aqua aerobics is a blend of cardio fitness and resistance training that incorporates equipment, such as buoyant water weights. Due to the low-impact format, aqua aerobics is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities.
