Community Programs
Summer program registration is open!
Register in person at Malibu Bluffs Park (24250 Pacific Coast Highway) or online at MalibuCity.org/Register.
Our community is important to us, and we want to ensure we meet your needs. Please take a moment to fill out the Program Interest Survey. Your feedback will help us plan events and activities that you will enjoy.
Parent and Me Programs require adult participation, including biological parents, adoptive parents, guardians, stepparents, grandparents, or other parenting relationships. Programs allow adults to interact and nurture relationships during playful yet structured programs. All classes promote bonding while helping children develop cognitive, social, and motor skills and an opportunity to learn, play and grow together.

Programs for adults provide opportunities for social interaction, hobby development, fitness, sports, or skill improvement. The Department offers one-day workshops on various topics, including health and wellness, crafts, cooking, and writing. The workshops allow participants to learn new skills or hobbies in a brief one-day class. For information on Senior and Active Adult Classes held at the Malibu Senior Center, call 310-456-2489 ext. 279.
The workshops are created to serve all ages, create an intergenerational experience, connect the community with artists and specialized instructors in various areas, and provide an outlet to discover something new or build on previous skills. Pre-register online or call 310-317-1364. For more information about instructors, workshop topics, and materials, call Adrianna Fiori at 310-456-2489 ext 239.
